The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls and is adjustable with zipper opening. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 14" in diameter and 7" in height and and weight 7 lbs. The zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 30" long by 28" wide and may fits people up to 5' 10" tall. The square support cushion is designed to tip your zafu a bit forward or to be placed under a knee or ankle. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric. Each support cushion is 14" long by 14" wide and is stuffed with natural kapok batting. The small support cushion is for use as a leg or hand support. They shipped it via federal express...I would have rather been given the money spent of fed ex delivery off the price of the item. The only reason I give this 4 stars is i think this item was pricey, and i could have spent less money on this or something like it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality and very configurable options for your personal meditation style *by L***A on August 27, 2014* Very comfortable and configurable, depending on your personal preference for meditation. I have a back injury that makes a long session uncomfortable but I was able to mitigate that with the extra supplied cushion. Everything is solidly built, well constructed. Very highly recommended. If I find anyone else considering meditation, i would recommend this set without pause. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *UPDATE* Quality cushions, even after 2 Years use! *by M***T on December 19, 2013* **UPDATE 8/2015**Having now owned and enjoyed this set of pillows for nearly two years; I still think they were a super buy! They have been very easy to clean (our cats at times seem to be the principal users!) and I use a good lint brush and occasional vacuuming. Removing the covers has also been very easy for the rare laundering. The fabric and fill have held up remarkably well, and the black shows no sign of fading, even though these cusions Have been in a fully sunlit room the majority of their life. Without any hessitation I would purchase this set again, and may even do just that! Even with two full sets we'll have to work out something with the cats!I purchased this set for my wife and she couldn't be happier. They are very much like the cushions we have at our Zen Center. Good quality material, and the buckwheat is nice and quiet (if you tend to shift as you meditate).
