Cuts and peels in the cushion, arm was bent, cuts and scrapes in the plastic. One of the plastic side pieces is loose. Tried returning it but shipping costs $115, so I figured I'm stuck with this chair and tried assembling it. The holes in the leather do not line up with the holes for the screws, so it was very difficult to put it together. Not to mention it didn't even come with enough washers for the screws. All around very cheap material. Looks like it wouldn't take much for the rgb strip to come off. I was very disappointed in the product to say the least. Save your money for something with better quality.EDIT: DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!! Just 3 months later, the base of the chair snapped and I fell right out. I'm not a heavy guy and I was just sitting in it normally and it collapsed. Now it's broken and completely unusable.
