I only take one a day and felt the benefits after approximately three weeks when I realised I was sleeping right through without the burning pain in my joints. I am also able to take more exercise during the day. I have used another brand but these are now my default choice as they offer the best value for money 😊

I find taking these capsules very easy to do, three times a day with meals. I suffer from stiff joints and am hoping for some effective pain relief when I move about. I have been on them only a few days, so I guess it’s early days yet, but I believe they will help me in the long run. The next day delivery was impressive, so I am generally very pleased, so far.
