The seller is very understanding and considerate! The hair very is soft and the wig has a nice density. I'm not certain if it's 180% but it seems pretty thick to me.CON: I went through the wig, measuring throughout (section to section and some individual tracks) and the only part that really measured 16 in was the hair on the lace. Most measured 15 in or under. As you make your way from the top to the bottom the inches decrease and that's how a lot of wig companies cheat their costumers. If we order a 16 in wig, it should be 16 inches from track to track (just how individual bundles would be). The only reason why it would/should be shorter towards the nape is b/c you ordered a bob cut.Update: I'm giving three stars for the costumer service b/c the seller was nice enough to give me a partial refund for my issue. I'll be back w/ another update once I wear the wigSecond update (dec 2019): I've recently attempted to wear this wig ,however it is not big head friendly! So I'm going to have to sell it or give it away. Also the wig is definitely not 180% density. I naturally have a lot of hair, so I need my wigs to have the same energy. However, it takes to color really well!Third update (march 2020): so I went ahead and found a way to make this wig work. One word... I finally found a affordable frontal unit that you DO NOT have to put in extra work. This wig comes pre plucked and the lace is already a light brown so you really do not have to bleach the knots..i just did a bald cap and put powder on my parting space...i purchase a 16inch bleach and dyed it myself it remains soft no shedding or tangling the wave pattern came back perfectly after so yesss this wig is low maintenance 😊 i wanted a long bob so I cut it and straighten it out it looks beautiful! Straight out of the package, the hair STUNK. Took at least 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners to get it manageable and I had to let it soak in for two hours. Shed like crazy while I washed, blow dried, pressed and curled it. Lost its body wave during the wash and isn't holding a curl too well. It is true to length though and it parts nicely. A lot of flyaways though and it gets little knots in the hair. Keeping it but wouldn't buy again.UPDATE: This unit doesn't hold a curl AT ALL.
