I have freshwater shrimp and I read that this product is invertebrate safe as it does not contain copper like most ich medications. I was pretty horrified to realize I had an outbreak of ich, as I have not had a problem with it in many years, and I was a bit skeptical to try a herbal remedy. The reviews for this product are kinda polarized.The short of it is it does work. It takes a little longer than traditional medication - the ich took about ten days to clear up. The benefit is it is invertebrate safe and my shrimp survived the ordeal unscathed and healthy. And yes, it does make your water look like tea and smell like garlic. But it works and it will spare your invertebrates.If you don't have freshwater shrimp you should probably go with the traditional medication. But if you do - this stuff comes to the rescue. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ it is slow working but very good. I have mostly rummy noses,cardinals glowlight tetras (total of 25) on 65g. Only 3 died i believe thats a good number. I i got on the begging since this is my second time I was able to recognize fast and already had kordon natural ick medicine in hands. If you have a shrimp aquarium this is the way to go. No livestock seemed to suffer as others meds are strong. Your water will be slightly tinted but not much. It has a garlic smell. I really reccomend. Just have patience. I added every time right when i was going to turn lights off. Ialso added some aquarium salt to help keep them healthy.
