A: The first ingredient listed is polydextrose: Ingredient Results - Polydextrose. Made by combining dextrose (from corn), citric acid and sugar alcohol. It is used as a bulking additive, low-calorie sugar replacement, and to increase non-dietary fiber content in food. Commonly used as an ingredient in low-carb, sugar free and diabetic foods.
