That way I only need one power tool to do both jobs and don't have to drape a long cord out of the car and carry a dedicated, expensive, powered jack. As an additional bonus, if it could be used when I rotate tires I don't have to pull out the 100 pound floor jack.So reading reviews I noticed how and why other scissors jacks failed: some just collapsed under load (even though they were rated for 3000 pounds) and others would strip the threads of the jackscrew. For the units that collapsed, I can see if the load isn't placed at the center of the top crossbeam there could be a problem that could cause uneven stresses and the buckling. So the Xinner fixes this with the swivel saddle up at the top of the jack that engages the ridge on the vehicle. This saddle ensures the load is in the center of the crossbeam. A lot of other scissors jacks don't have this, so this fixes that problem.The next issue is with the jackscrew itself running down the center of the jack. The Xinner arrived with many burrs and machining chips in the jackscrew along with some very thin grease. I fixed this by running the jack all the way up, cleaning off all the factory supplied grease with solvent, and applying molybdenum grease along the entire length of the jackscrew, then running it full down and up several times to distribute the grease. I had bought two of the Xinner, and one had a metallurgy flaw (void) in the jackscrew, but fortunately it was at the end of the travel when there'd be no load on the jackscrew. Otherwise it would be a problem and I could see how the screw could get damaged or strip out if that flaw were higher up on the jackscrew. But the burrs on the surface were shoddy. Fortunately the moly grease eased that issue.Next I got a scissor jack adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00X3ENPJ8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) that allows the impact drive to interface with the scissors jack. You have to be careful with this to align the adapter to the jackscrew to keep it from wobbling while the impact driver is running. Also I had to get a nylock nut to keep the adapter from loosening on the jack's eyelet hole, the eyelet is tapered a bit so the clevis flange on the adapter doesn't quite sit square, ergo, the nut can back out while the impact drill is running, thereby sending parts flying everywhere. But get the nylock nuts and all is well (The adapter I mentioned above uses M10 metric nuts)So, after all that, the battery powered impact wrench jacks up the car in15 seconds after you do all the above. And you can throw away the crank handle that came with the Xinner, as it's useless anyway and as someone mentioned, it doesn't work well if you try and use that.So, I'm derating a star from 5 to 4 after modifications based on the burrs on the jackscrew and bad lube supplied by the factory, but, once modified, it seems to work well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for the money *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 3, 2019* I was a bit concerned open receiving the jack because the box was heavily damaged, but it was ok after opening it. The jack worked great. I bought it for my daughter's car since Kia doesn't supply a jack anymore. I tried it out on her car and it worked well. Overall for the money it's a good value. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A little nervous at first but it worked *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2019* I used this to change a tire and oil on a 2006 Scion XA. The jack appears to be similar to the model that came with the car. All in all, it worked. I would not say that it's the sturdiest jack in the world but it serves its purpose for smaller cars for sure. Can it really support 2 tons? I kind of have my doubts but it certainly handled my vehicle pretty well.If at all possible I recommend using an absolutely level surface to use this jack.
