Review: Long term practice improves Tia Chi experience - This is a meditation that mustt be practiced a lot to understand it's real beauty. Learning to visualize your own breath and placing your breath where the meditation directs is the key. Health improves with each practice. I have used this since 1998 and am glad to see it's still available after my cd got broken. Years of practice will enhance your Tia Chi experience. Not for the person looking for a short or light meditation.

Health improves with each practice. I have used this since 1998 and am glad to see it's still available after my cd got broken. Years of practice will enhance your Tia Chi experience. Not for the person looking for a short or light meditation.
