Review: Moisturized and Soft Skin - If it’s your first time using Moroccan black soap, you are going to be pleasantly surprised. This soap is very moisturizing in a non greasy way and will leave your skin soft, especially with the use of a Kessa glove for exfoliation, which is how I’ve used it. The soap is a thick paste (jelly like), but easy to use. A little goes a long way here. I will advise that it’s not like typical soaps you find here in the states that are foamy and fragrant. You may notice that the natural smell is strong, like oil but this isn’t because the product is rancid, it’s just the natural smell. I was concerned on this too and reached out to the seller. Hassan was wonderful with his quick responses, went above and beyond to check the batch/product number to assure me this was a recently made product. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to them. I’m very pleased with how soft my skin has been with once a week use and it has helped clear a spot of eczema on my elbow and ankle.
