I made view C and I found the pattern to be pretty straight forward and not terribly difficult.It was lots of fun to choose the many different colored and textured fabrics that this costume requires. I left out the fleece that is included in the instructions because it would have been way too warm for California. It really didn't seem to make any difference. The costume turned out great and My husband received tons of compliments, including some from professional film industry costumers who were at the party we attended My husband especially liked that he could remove the coat when he got too warm while still having the great looking jacket on, therefore, not ruining the look of the costume. I made this one for my husband and Simplicity 1138 in complementary colors for myself.
