I recharged again & it’s been fine since. I read that there are replacement heads which is a downfall. The shower base is a bonus. The 4 functions are a bit silly. 1 slow. 2 fast. 3 slow other direction, 4 fast other direction. I don’t get the point since it changes direction every 20 secs anyway. It’s no big deal though. Love the charging base. I gently shake off my brush head when getting out of the shower, place it on the base. The dryer on it has done it’s job & provided me with a dry brush for the following use. I’d love to see more bristle options. The makeup remover one seems ok. I’m no professional though. All in all, I’d recommend this, especially for the price. Although I paid more, I think is currently around $25. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it, but no affordable replacement heads *by A***I on Reviewed in the United States on May 11, 2020* Love this brush and it works great. Just can't find the replacement bushes on Amazon or anywhere else but the okachi site. And it's $30 on the site for replacement brush heads. I can't figure out if it comes with one or two brush heads, but I'm not spending that much money on replacement heads. ### ⭐ Total disappointment *by N***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2019* I like the idea of this brush.... But there are several things about it that aren’t right & unfortunately it will be going back. Firstly, the instructions say to charge it fully before the first use & that it should take about 5 hours to do so. However, after 8 hours of charging the light was STILL on (instructions say that light goes off automatically when it’s fully charged). Some hours after that point the light finally shut off but I am concerned about battery longevity if it’s already taking double the time to fully charge. Secondly, while in use the brush actually pauses every 6 seconds. It just stops, then starts again. It’s annoying & interrupts the process. Thirdly, this brush doesn’t have very much spinning power. I have had better results with $10 battery powered brushes off the shelf as they rotated much faster & more effectively cleaned. Fourthly, their is a faint burning smell that emits from the the brush/charging stand while its charging, & when I pick it up from the stand the brush handle is hot to the touch so this is a big safety hazard! And lastly, the soft bristly brush head has lots of bristles that are sticking out way longer than they should be (see pic) & after one use it got even worse. The quality is very poor.
