We have a big house with about 8 separate strategic locations with step ladders. They always have problems of one kind or another:1. They are hard to open or close, or become hard to open or close after awhile with use. That's annoying because when i use the ladder I need it to be very quick, I can't afford to wrestle with it!2. It also should be lightweight, making it fast and eays to grab it, use it, and put it away.3. It needs to store flat out of the way.4. It needs to be sturdy, stable, and reliable.5. Many of past ladders are good for awhile, but then break later, becoming unstable, losing a foot, becoming hard to open/close, etc.These ladders exceed all of those demands: Easy to open and close, light weight, sturdy, reliable, stable, folds very flat, and durable for long use.They are a bit expensive, but worth every penny. If they are too expensive, buy a cheaper ladder.
