The channel scan is not finding any of my cable channels. The IR blaster seems to be non-functioning. Problem may be my set top box, but right now I’m not too happy with my purchase. Picture quality is mostly good, with those colours popping even at awkward angles, and it upscales my BluRays perfectly andmy DVD's and network video files decently. It's streaming Netflix, Google Movies, DSTV Now, PS4and my NAS videos that I only use this thing for, I don't watch RF broadcasts. The only step back I feel there is would be those mediocre black levels, my 8 year old KDL43EX520 it replaces scrubs the floor with it when it comes to contrast and making details pop off the screen, and that's a real shame. Nevertheless, it is something I had expected but I do wish Sony would have at least stuck with a VA panel with this model. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase.
