I love the Nutritional Information for each recipe, the pictures are great, and I have been recommending this book to my colleagues and patients / clients. It's apparent that Brenda Bennett put a lot of work into this Cookbook. It's more than just a Sugar-Free cookbook......... I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a well-rounded healthy Cookbook..... everything in one book..... it contains breakfast foods, main dishes, salads, side dishes, bite foods, condiments, beverages, and of course sweet treats (my favorites:) Enoy!!
