It needed the HDMI timing chip replaced. Unfortunately I didn't do my research and this unit does not heat up enough to melt the solder used on the board. It appears to be a good unit. It holds temp well and heats up fast. The wand holder works well and the auto cool down feature for the heat gun worked fine for me. It is not the best quality unit available but for the price I don't imagine that anyone would expect it to be. I wish I had held out and purchased a unit with higher heat abilities.
