In these bags there's loads of flavour dust that settles at the bottom of the bags. If you shake the bag prior to opening you kind of re-season the whole lot again before eating so you get maximum flavour.These are high class snacks. I knock off a star as I ought to like them more (I love porky products), but I just don't get excited about them like some do. I'm afraid it's always been case frazals, Bacon Bites - they are ok , they just don't connect with me. Maybe it's because they repeat and I'm still tasting them 8 hours later...…..Logical flavouring for these porky treats. The beautifully light crispy bits and obviously sensitively fried in great oil then seasoned well in your standard pork friends, BBQ, English Mustard, Maple, Chilli, Salt, S&P. The standout flavour for me is English Mustard - surely a pairing made in heaven. Quality scratchings to go with your Pint. The hog roast pork crackling itself is a bit like the air puffed snacks/crisps you can buy, so you are not worried that a touth may crack any minute while eating them. In the end I found the plain normal lightly salted crackling my favourite, just the taste of pork.Would I buy again not really but if a packet was offered a round I would take a piece. ### ⭐⭐ I will not be buying these again.
