I wrapped the ends with curl rods and dipped them into hot water with hair grease (fro butter) to hold the curl and I'm surprised at how soft it is. It came in six packs. Because I wanted them to look just like the womans on the packaging, I cut it in half, separated one bunch then intertwined (for lack of a better word) them. I ended up using two and a half packs! In all my hair looks like a really full, natural twisted blow out with curly ends. Somewhat like the sista on the package but lower luster like my natural hair. I am so satisfied.
