The remainder of the bag is lined but not padded. VERY disappointed...without the padding, I'm not sure how sturdy this tote will be. I missed that while purchasing it. My fault. The bag is durable enough to store your machine and carry to places. However, since it is not padded, I wouldn’t want to use the luggage handle feature. Just my preference. I wouldn’t want the jolts and jostling to mess up the machine while the cart it’s attached to is rolling and bumping along. The bag fits my needs for now.
