**Q: Is this product vegan friendly or does it contain animal by-products?**
A: I wouldn't have thought so....

**Q: Can I get this delivery split to two different addresses?**
A: Probably not

**Q: Have the issues been resolved with this blocking drains due to the paper not breaking down?**
A: No not to my knowledge, we had the same issues when we first started using it. It doesn't anymore but we are far more careful with the amount we use when using this paper. So cant say it's due to the paper itself

**Q: Is the smell supposed to be so overpowering? It's like I've inhaled sun tan lotion.**
A: I don't know...I've ordered these on a regular basis for a couple of years now, but I order the 2 ply, which are fine & I have ordered 3 ply when everyone started panic buying, mine were sold out & they were fine, but I would have thought 4 ply would go some way to blocking your toilet eventually. Sorry I can't be of much help, but you could contact the seller & ask to swap them for one of their other types.

The rolls are a good size and last well, making them excellent value for money compared to other brands. Before switching to these, I regularly bought Andrex and Cushelle, but I honestly prefer this Amazon version. The quality is just as good, if not better, and the price is much more reasonable. That was 1st time ever I am trying the Amazon 4ply toilet rolls around 10 days ago. It is unscented but I prefer as simple as possible when its come to toilet rolls. This is very good quality which is tough but not rough with reasonable price, quantity & affordable and feeling clean after used. Highly Recommend👍 Hopefully the quality will remain the same if not better, as some other people were saying the quality has changed after a while. I am happy with this so far. Appreciated Amazon😇
