We actually have a "Spirit Filled Living" section. A few months ago i placed a stack of these very biblical books on the shelf with the books of several prosperity focused charismatic writers. To my amazement, i have sold many many copies of the book to buyers, who are excited for it's apparently unique desire to found itself on SCRIPTURE. Wow thats a unique thought, writing a book on Spirituality that focuses on SCRIPTURE. She read it and was unimpressed, feeling it was elementary. I then read it, partially for research on my next novel. I felt the same way.This book deals with important points, but it could have been done better.One distraction is Haykin's obvious Calvinistic stand; he didn't ever mention anything leaning away from the five points. When quoting people, he used adjectives like "Baptist" and "Puritan" as if that colored what they said.
