The reviews of it being leaky are true if teflon tape is not used, which is to be expected. It took several tries to get the tape right to prevent leaking, but it took a steady hand to put it on top of the needle valve of the Aquatek mini. Unfortunately, the needle valves on the splitter are not great and one valve will not shut off co2 flow even with the valve all the way closed. This is a hassle because I run the co2 and lights on one tank for a shortertime, but this makes it impossible. Both valves in general are too course to make anything but rough adjustments, and then flow is not concistent over time. It is not reliable enough to leave it alone for any period of time, so it does not leave me with any peace of mind when I leave for work. ### ⭐⭐⭐ too much variability, it's okay *by D***O on May 15, 2014* Does the job, but takes some time dialing in each individual valve. Not very even pressure, one valve will usually be open more or less than the other. To make it way easier just use a bubble counter on each line and match the bubble count.
