It’s nice to have the cushioning, especially because I think I am quite heavy on my heels when I walk. I bought them because I suffer from plantar fasciitis and whilst it’s early days, I feel that the heel cups have been beneficial. They don’t stick as well as advertised, which doesn’t surprise me, with all the movement above and the dust/ dirt which inevitably finds its way under them; but they tend to stay in place nevertheless, and fit different shoes. I would recommend them and will probably buy more. Review: Can be sticky - Help with pain heel. You can feel these when they are in shoes. Tend to very sticky so socks tend to stick to them ## Features - 【2 PAIRS PER VALUE PACK】: one pair to use for work shoes, one pair to use for sports or casual shoes, convenient for daily replacement and to offer you comfort at any time. Will these solve this issue? Thanks** A: I don't think this is suitable for open-back shoes/sandals. You better get something similar for that will prevent your feet from slippering. **Q: Will this make my shoe feel smaller?** A: No, the heel cup doesn't not make shoes smaller , because it's edges are not thick. **Q: What size for 6-7 shoe. Is it better to go for small suze or large?** A: I really don't know for sure but I bought large for my size 9 and they were too small so I'm guessing a large might be ok for 6-7. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and effective *by S***E on 13 January 2026* These are great.
