I bought 3xs because the 2xs was starting to get big. When I first tried putting the 3xs on, I thought, "Oh crap, this isn't going to work." But it WILL work. And for the first 10 minutes it'll feel so uncomfortable. Just GIVE IT TIME. If you are my size or less, the 3xs will fit. I have tried other waist trainers and this is the first one that was super comfortable while still doing its job. I got size medium after much research from reviews and actually measuring the waist of the jeans that I can actually button. My waist was measuring 31ish. But I’ve been through the thing where I followed the size chart to the letter and it’s been too big. So anyways day 1rst first set of hooks (least tight) it felt good everything pulled in nicely and it wasn’t cutting into my skin . Today is day 10 I’m on 3rd set of hooks. I wear it for 6-9 hours 5 days a week. I have lost weight about 5lbs I’m not currently exercising I’m just hyper aware that if I eat much I won’t be able to wear my trainer which is kind of addictive once you start wearing it everyday. Drink a lot of water. Make sure you’re getting enough fiber. But overall this is the best trainer I’ve tried and I’ve purchased atleast 4 others and they always hurt or we’re leaving marks making it hard to be consistent but this trainer feels really good.
