I see there is a bottle with blue on it and one with purple.** A: I think they are the same. I have no idea why they are trying to sell them as two different things. I have the bottle with the purple on it, and it works great. **Q: what is the expiration date on this bottle?** A: I purchased mine less than a year ago...it expires December 2014. I like it though. **Q: while taking this do I have to avoid some kind of food ?** A: I did not avoid foods of any kind **Q: Is this product for men also?** A: Men or women, works good too. It's supposed to be a cleanse but because I work rotating shifts nights and days my bio metric schedule gets confused so I take one at random times to get myself equal if you know what I mean.
