Review: Versatile baking powder used for health - I've not tried it for baking yet . I use it to help with odema , my legs retain water very painful. Some baking powder , epsom salts and apple cider vinegar in warm water and steeped my feet. My right leg is worse than my left and it helps so much Even my left foot had powder left on it but my right foot had absorbed the impurities. When my whole body swells I bathe in the same solution and always see the difference. It's very versatile and tastes fine to drink in water. I highly recommend it and I will bake once I learn how to work my bread maker
