Review: Great value on best seasoning blend on the market! - Nothing comes close to any of Paul Pruhomme's Magic. Years ago I was gifted a complete set of Magic seasonings. Loved them and tried to buy them locally which wasn't always easy to do. Plus the small 2 oz bottles were so expensive at $5-$6 a pop. Was thrilled to find the large 24-Ounce canisters on desertcart. Frankly, I don't need the specialized seasonings. I use one "flavor' for all seafood, chicken, meats, vegs. I prefer the Seafood Magic because it's a little spicier than the Poultry and Meat Magics. The Redfish Magic is also quite similar and I've bought a canister of that when it's been cheaper than Seafood Magic. I store the open canister in the refrigerator and it keeps it flavor fresh for many months. But we use it on everything so it doesn't linger around for ages in this household.
