In spite of its flaws (described below in original review), I'm adding a star to my rating. This thing is the best cat carrier I've ever owned.My chonker fits inside comfortably, and can even turn around. I leave it out with the flap open sometimes and he takes naps in there of his own volition. He must think it's cozy!I've used it to pull him around the block to and from the vet a few times now, and not had any major issues. It's the slightest bit awkward pulling the carrier behind me, and there's definitely drift on the wheels. I think my ideal carrier would be more of a pushcart style one, maybe a stroller or something. But for the price point, pulling this one is fine. Just have to keep an eye as you walk and make sure the cat isn't drifting into dangerous territory.The telescoping handle isn't perfect, and I still wonder about how long it'll last. So far it's still working fine.The zipper locks are still my favorite feature. No issues with those at all.The carrier gets so many compliments at the vet! Everyone wants one with wheels like this, and they love the zipper locks.------Idk why finding a decent cat carrier is so difficult, especially for less than a fortune, but for whatever reason it is. This carrier is very nearly everything I've been looking for, though it has a couple flaws.For my use case, I bought this carrier to bring a 20+ pound cat to and from the vet down the street, on foot. He's heavy and I have chronic pain issues, so carrying him really takes it out of me. I can't speak to whether this product works for air travel as I have no intention of bringing my cat on a plane.Pros:- It has wheels, which are super easy to pop on and off (other reviews complain about lack of instructions, but you literally just pop them on, quite intuitively).- The wheels pivot so you can turn or rotate the carrier easily in any direction.- The escape-proof locks on the double zippers are a top notch feature that I've direly needed but not seen on any other carrier in my price range.- The Velcro flaps on the long sides are a nice feature.- The fuzzy, removable and washable floor is a positive as well.Cons:- The telescoping handle seems flimsy and destined to break easily. I have my doubts about how long it'll last. I figure if and when the time comes, I'll have to unclip one end of the shoulder strap and use that to pull it.- There's only one zipper compartment, specifically for storing the wheels. It's not the size or shape for storing documents, which is a feature all my other carriers have had and that I'll miss on this one.- The carrier only has the structural integrity to stand upright if both ends are zipped up, otherwise it flops down on itself. That's common on carriers and super annoying.- On one end, there's a second zipper around the mesh area. This in itself is good, because it allows the carrier to be opened at the mesh door flap on the end without collapsing. However, on the item I received, the seam around the mesh is sown onto the opposite seam. It's about halfway up one side, so I can still mostly open the door flap, but it still is a weird flaw. It doesn't seem like it could possibly be done on purpose, though I also have no idea how it ended up this way if it wasn't deliberate. I'm curious if anyone else has this issue. Anyway it's not a dealbreaker for now, but it's not ideal.Overall I'll keep the carrier unless I find a fatal flaw before the return window ends. I'll update this review after I've taken the cat out with the carrier, as well if anything comes up that seems worth mentioning. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I like this pet carrier but the metal handle broke within an hour of use. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2020* This pet carrier has enough room for my 19-pound terrier mix dog. I also liked the way the carrier can move on the wheels. It's easy to store since the entire pet carrier can be broken down to lay flat under the airline seat or for storage. My biggest con is that the metal handle broke off within the 1st hour of use in the airport. I ended up using throwing it in the trash and used the shoulder strap to push my dog on the wheels through the airport. I would suggest the makers of this carrier improve the metal handle but overall I think the carrier is a good buy. ### ⭐ Not very durable *by G***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 4, 2021* Bought this early because we were planning on taking our dog on a plane with us. While training him, he would scratch and bite the inside of the crate.Well, days before our flight, the zipper broke but we still took it along with us because there was no time to buy another one. We thought he did great but when we looked at the crate after the flight, it had a big hole in it.Not very sturdy especially expecting a little bit of abuse especially for dogs who are first time plane travelers.Another complaint is when using as a stroller, if my dog would lie down on the lateral side, the bag would tilt and fall on its side with my already anxious dog inside. Ended up compensating by pulling and tilting the stroller slightly to the opposite side of where my dog is lying down just so it would not fall.
