This includes 2 additional small hose fittings on the bottom of the radiator. I was still able to make if work by buying a 2 foot section of .25 ID hose and connecting the ports together. Also, it took quite a bit of manipulating to get the holes to come close to lining up. Also the drain port is not able to be turned (it's so tight I am afraid of breaking the plastic). With that said, for the money, it wasnt a bad deal and only took 30 minutes to install.
