As this has no water in it (almost all other sunscreens do), think of it as sunscreen concentrate. Smells a little like honey (and not at all like the cheap chemicals used in say Nivea creams). A pea sized squeeze will do your face. It dries almost instantly. It doesn't stain. It doesn't run into your eyes and sting as soon as you dip your head under. It lasts a lot longer than other watered down creams while sat on the beach. It doesn't require harsher chemicals to wash it off at the end of the day. And it doesn't kill the ocean (any sunscreen that is not labelled reef safe is polluting). It has been brilliant in Tonga (Pacific Islands, proper African-level sun), in NZ (is there anywhere on earth with harsher sunshine?) and in the UK.
