However it did not include the Medical Alert badge as even the item description states that it would be included. Overall this is a very comfortable bracelet, I was able to order Kid sizes as my wrists are fairly small. It came with with three different bands so no adjusting necessary, I picked the band that fit most comfortably. The band is sturdy but soft unlike some medical bracelets I have had before.I have contacted the company via Amazon about my issues and will update with their response. ### ⭐ Poor Design *by C***Y on March 7, 2019* Ordered this on February 4, 2019 and the metal ID plate has already fallen off and is lost. ### ⭐ Very Small Tag and Strap Assembly Required. *by J***E on April 19, 2019* Based upon the photo this medical ID bracelet tag is big enough to read with ease. When I opened the box I immediately noticed that the tag was very small with a font size so tiny I could not read it easily. The strap was a rubber-like wrist band that required cutting and then latch and tag assembly. No instructions were included. Not what I expected based upon the product description. On the positive side the return policy was good and the bracelet was sent back with no problem. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/123497201-road-id-official-medical-alert-bracelet-the-wrist-id-stretch](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/123497201-road-id-official-medical-alert-bracelet-the-wrist-id-stretch) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
