It eliminates the need for traditional mortar beds, enabling faster, cleaner installations. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Schluter-KERDI-DRAIN, it ensures perfect drainage and modern bathroom styling. ## Description The trays are made of lightweight, expanded polystyrene (PS40) for constructing mortar-free shower bases. Each of these sloped, prefabricated shower trays are designed to integrate with the Schluter-KERDI-DRAIN and are available with center drain placement in 38" x 60" (97 x 152 cm), 48" x 72" (122 x 183 cm), and 72" x 72" (183 x 183 cm) sizes. The KERDI-SHOWER-TS with an off-center drain placement is available in 38" x 60" (97 x 152 cm), for bathtub replacements. KERDI-SHOWER-TT features a thin perimeter height that simplifies curbless shower construction and is available in 36" x 36" (91 x 91 cm), 38" x 38" (97 x 97 cm) and 48" x 48" (122 x 122 cm) sizes. Review: Great product - Kerdi shower system is a good system if you do it properly. Review: Decreased the time needed for showerpan - This was the first time I used a pre-formed shower underlayment and doubt that I will ever go back to the previous method (deck mud and membrane liners). The primary reason is time and ease of installation. If done right, using multiple layers of deck mud and membrane sealer can take a couple weeks to completely dry, which I find is most important to avoid grout cracks and broken tiles. Plus, it was always a challenge to get the slope just right to avoid pooling. All I had to do was trim the tray to fit and apply the tape to the edges and I was done! The slope was perfect and the drain fit right in (also used the Schluter assembly). I installed the heated floor wire the next day. I have built three showers with deck mud and after using this tray, I am definitely planning on using this for future projects. ## Features - Quick and easy to install eliminating the need for a mortar bed - Made of lightweight, expanded polystyrene - Schluter Systems ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Assembly Instructions Description | Included | | Brand | Schluter | | Door Style | Hinged | | Finish Type | Glossy | | Finish Types | Glossy | | Installation Type | Screw-In | | Item Weight | 3.4 pounds | | Material | Polystyrene (PS) | | Material Type | Polystyrene (PS) | | Shape | rectangular prism | | Style | Modern | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Schluter - **Door Style:** Hinged - **Finish Type:** Glossy - **Material:** Polystyrene (PS) - **Style:** Modern ## Images ![Schluter Systems KST965/1525 Kerdi Center Outlet Shower Tray 38"x60" - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/611wB3KgkbL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by N***I on February 4, 2026* Kerdi shower system is a good system if you do it properly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decreased the time needed for showerpan *by G***R on September 21, 2022* This was the first time I used a pre-formed shower underlayment and doubt that I will ever go back to the previous method (deck mud and membrane liners).
