I love the maneuverability of this pillow. When I have heartburn, I can fold it in half to prop myself up. When my hips are hurting, I can pull the bottom curve up to be in between my legs. When my back hurts, I can flip it around and use it to support my back. I carry this pillow around the house with me everywhere! Because it's so versatile, I can even use it to prop my feet up in the rocker and as a donut type pillow for those dreaded hemmeroids. I can also make it into a circle to prop up my bump so I can lay on my tummy still. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and can still sleep like I'm in my 1st trimester all due to this pillow. I loooove that it has the removable cover for washing!It lost a star for me because it could use a better stuffing, as it tends to flatten out if you don't fluff it before using.
