Does not have fleece from the ancles down to the foot, but everything else is coveted. Wore them with a short sweater dress and boats and was actually very comfy and not cold while walking outside in NYC, in 36degrees. The foot area isn't fleece which is nice because I had a different pair that was fleece from top to toe and I would overheat in them. I've worn them a couple times and washed them without drying and they're still in good shape to keep wearing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Durable, but not ideal for short people. *by I***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2020* For context, I'm 5'2" and weigh 95 pounds. I was hoping these tights would be a little more sheer and would fit just above my hips. They are almost opaque, probably because they aren't being stretched out enough to be sheer. The top of the control band sits almost directly under my boobs, and has a nasty habit of rolling down and constricting my waist throughout the day so I have to make adjustments constantly. If I try to fold the waistband down in half to make it sit lower, it just rolls up again at my waistline. I do have to give credit where it's due, though: this fabric is durable as hell. I can usually only wear a pair of tights once or twice before they snag and get runs in them. These tights have really held up. A word of caution: always wash them in a lingerie bag! My husband threw them in with the rest of the clothes, and the fabric got stuck to some velcro - I had to rip the tights off carefully. They didn't shred or rip, but the fabric is totally messed up in that area. (Thankfully the mistextured fabric can be easily hidden by a knee-length skirt.) Overall, I recommend these to anyone taller/heavier than me!
