I was upset when I opened the bag and saw that the rollers had been used and not washed. Hair was on several of the rollers along with oil. The only reason why I did not return them is because I needed to pack the rollers before I traveled out of town. I chose to clean the rollers myself (letting them soak over night). Again, the fact that the rollers were not clean was a huge disappointment for me. Hair and hair follicles have germs and I was upset that I had to come in contact with a stranger’s hair.
