We reside in Arizona, and it seems like the air conditioner stopped working every other month. I purchased this fan because I was on a tight budget, but to my surprise it actually works very well. We did not glue it to the dashboard but we do have it any location that it does not slide. It rotates all the way around in our dog that sits in the back even feels it. I think this was a great buy ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Using in my grow tent, works great *by T***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2019* I adapted this to circulate air in my grow tent, so it stays on most of the day, running now for 3 months solid. Low voltage and more than enough air flow, girls are happy! ### ⭐⭐ VIBRATES BADLY, *by J***F on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2019* FAN VIBRATES BADLY, not as quiet as the ad states. comes with adhesive pads, but the vibration resonates if you adhere it to a shelf in rv.
