Almost all of them required some sort of modification to fit in my shoe correctly and I had to use some additional adhesive to get them to work, there are sized great. The Dr Foot lifts are by far the best ones I have used. My foot and back pain are all but gone. Walking ease or standing for a long period is no longer absolutely miserable for me. The support provided is great, even though it's not as firm as the Doctor provided ones. They are durable enough to be used in my sandals and slides. I did have to use some double sided tape for those since there is nothing to hold them in place like you would have in a shoe , and water does release the adhesive that comes with them (wash a reuse principle).
