What a nightmare! These came intact in their undamaged boxes. It was VERY apparent that the shipping department took great pride in making sure the deliveries were perfect. All but the roof was pre assembled, just put a few bolts in! Kennel was zip tied and nuts were attached to the bolts so none of the damage from my previous purchase from a different seller was even possible!
