It'll probably survive a moderate amount of drops and dings. --- It's small and very portable. Its portability options are better with one of the silicon cases with the carbiner clip on it. With the case, it can be hung from things (lanyards, belt loops, tree branches, whatever...) With no case, it can fit into cargo pockets, chest pockets on most shirts and jackets. --- The sound quality is really good. Deep basses could be better, but they're good plenty good for such a small speaker with a passive radiator. The volume range is nice. It's loud enough to it clearly around 50 feet away indoors. --- The run time is great.
