I ordered this remote control, even though my model wasn’t officially supported. I contacted support via email as the instructions obviously differed to what model I have. Within 40 minutes I received a response, and only 5 minutes after that my remote control was synchronised and working! Amazing support, great value, extremely pleased!

Bought this to replace a lost Sommer 4025 remote control.  It was simple to program even though the instructions did not quite match my operator. The sliding cover is great as it stops accidental operation.In case you did not realise only one button needs to be programmed as it acts as both an OPEN and CLOSE so four buttons are a bit superfluous but this is not a problem.
