We were both very surprised and satisfied with the overall appearance and quality of the phone. It was very much like some of the much more expensive phones in appearance and the operating system was very easy to use. The overall value for money was very good, in the box there was a charging cable and usb power plug and the handset has a flexible backcover. The screen has a protective cover already in place. (They can be a pain to put inplace at times). My son does not feel embarrassed that his phone isn’t one of the popular brands as it looks just as smart as his friends’ phones. It has room for two SIM cards as well as a memory card slot. The phone’s internal memory capacity is 16gb which is quite generous.
