Would recommend small pebbles from your local garden centre to fill.. NOT SAND. Once u open the main bag there are 3 small bags within which you fill with material if your choice. I personally bought 2 x18kg bags of small pebbles. They filled up the 3 internal bags easily. There was still room once these bags were filled surrounding the bag so I filled the sides with pebbles too. As a result the bag was 35+kg. Overall has held up well. No tears etc. Review: No filling included! - Make sure you read it carefully because it comes without the filling. It's just a bag that you have to fill with sand. It arrived quicker than it supposed to but I am unhappy with the fact that it wasn't stated clearly about the filling. ## Features - Unfilled, 6 specifications to choose from (need to fill yourself) - Made from high quality synthetic leather. - Heavy duty stitching for heavy duty handling. - Non-slip widening handle design. - Random delivery color (package: an empty sandbag) ## Images ![5-30kg Sand Bags Power Sand Bag Weighted Heavy Filled Workout Fitness Exercise Training Weighted Bags(not filling sand) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/518yq2SpmoL.jpg) ![5-30kg Sand Bags Power Sand Bag Weighted Heavy Filled Workout Fitness Exercise Training Weighted Bags(not filling sand) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51U8tBztTUL.jpg) ![5-30kg Sand Bags Power Sand Bag Weighted Heavy Filled Workout Fitness Exercise Training Weighted Bags(not filling sand) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51nOKqXQv5L.jpg) ![5-30kg Sand Bags Power Sand Bag Weighted Heavy Filled Workout Fitness Exercise Training Weighted Bags(not filling sand) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51u-rnxRXaL.jpg) ![5-30kg Sand Bags Power Sand Bag Weighted Heavy Filled Workout Fitness Exercise Training Weighted Bags(not filling sand) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61WnOTPxzDL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good bag *by T***Z on 23 July 2020* This bag comes EMPTY. Works members hard in the gym, although there has been a problem with some leakage. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/124481407-5-30kg-sand-bags-power-sand-bag-weighted-heavy-filled](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/124481407-5-30kg-sand-bags-power-sand-bag-weighted-heavy-filled) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
