I have a narrow pole so other tips were to wide. **Q: Would these tips fit the New Balance walking poles sold at Target stores?** A: I do not know about New Balance, mine is a Swiss Gear. The tips that fit mine have a I.D. 1/2" and the Threads are recessed about 1/4" from the opening. Hope you find the correct one. **Q: Are these screw on? If so, what size threads? I need something with female 3/8-16 threads for a cabelas pole** A: These do have threads inside, but not in the size you need. The thread is metric M12 and much larger than 3/8. **Q: What are the dimension of the rubber tips? (e.g. height and outer diameter)** A: The height of the ones I purchased was 1-3/8. The inside diameter was 1/2. The outer diameter I have no way to measure, but would guess to be 5/8. Outside diameter is really not critical to fit. I use a Jobar International Antishock Hiking stick rather than a cane because it helps me keep my balance better. One day the bottom of the original tip just suddenly fell off leaving a metal screw exposed and making it impossible for me to use the stick on indoor floors. I was desperate to find a replacement tip as quickly as possible. An Internet led me to Amazon and these replacement tips. Even though they were for a different brand hiking pole, they fit my Jobar perfectly. (I could not find ANY replacements offered by Jobar.) I took the advice given in another customer review and ordered several packages to save on the shipping and to have them on-hand should these wear out like the original one. Not only do the tips fit perfectly, but they arrived in less than a week's time.
