The appear to be well made. Vision is clear. No distortion that I've seen. I just got them so I really can't comment on fogging. I do wish they fit against my face around the eyes a little tighter. There's a rubber/foam gasket around the lenses. This gasket doesn't touch my face under my eyes. I'll have to see how they perform.
