Trying to get preschoolers into their car seats in a downpour is insane. By the time they are both strapped in I generally look like I've just stepped out of the shower. This is a wonderful Poncho!It's a richer rose color and it's made of polyester and it's absolutely water repellent. It's kind of flowy so if there's wind happening you will still get a little wet but it's large enough for me to wear and have my backpack purse on underneath it. It's got a nice hood that fits all the way over my big head to help keep me from looking like a drowned rat. If it's well but I almost wish it was just a little bit longer. I may need to have another one so I can keep one in the car and one in my house. it's too bad I had to wait until they were in preschool to realize that this was a good option.
