Im almost debt free and will be using these. However, my first attempt at the store was awkward with so many loose envelopes!I had to put the other envelopes on the counter. (Most were empty so if I lost one no problem but next month those envelopes will have money in them. So what to do? I bought them with holes because of a small day runner they fit into but it is too bulky and I do not carry a purse. Advice from a sheriff for seniors! I also bought some with out holes. I found a solution. I used my binder hole punch and used the 1/4 inch spiral binder rings! It opens like a book, they are all on that on binder ring and It is flat and not bulky so it fits in my fanny pack! I can flip to what I want without worrying about dropping other envelopes. I sent a picture. I will be buying only the ones without holes from now on but if you like the binder idea...and like carrying a big purse... go for it! They are sturdier then a regular envelop and the flaps hold money in. My only problem with all envelops us what to do with loose change.
