Review: Its a great dummy with a durable material. - The dummy looks the same as the picture. Im not sure how the arms curl because i put my own skeleton inside, so it has a nice open arm position for throws. It was a little difficult for me to fill it because of the skeleton but without it you should be able to fill it with clothes or anything else with no problem. It has one opening from the back to stuff it, its big enough. The material feels like it can take a beating. It will shrink a little if you dont fill it completely. It weights with clothes around 40-45 lbs. Overall im happy with it because is durable, the material feels good, and it has more space to fill than others.

**Q: Is this pic "mirrored"? Is the left "punching"  and right arm "guarding"?**
A: No, it’s like the dummy si trying to give you a hug.  I found it works best if when you stuff it you get some 1inch hose from the auto parts store for the legs and arms then stuff rags and and old clothes to fill in the rest.  You need the hoses or it will be too limp. Hard to work with.

**Q: What do I fill it with?**
A: It can be filled up by recycle textile cuttings or shredding. Can also be filled up with raw cotton or any suitable filler material such as sand bag, rubber granulates for the legs etc..

**Q: Can it be bought filled?**
A: Yes it can be bought filled, But it will be More cost and weight for shipping.

**Q: where do you fill the dummy at??  Is there a hole in the head or how is it filled??**
A: No hole in the head. There’s a zipper that runs down the back.

This dummy is cool. It doesn’t come with the filling on the inside and when I bought cotton filling it didn’t seem to fill up as I hoped. The photo is a little mis leading because I thought it was going to stand up on its own . I may have needed more filling for it or maybe it needs sand or something but I was hoping it would at least stand on its own but it doesn’t seem like the dummy is built for that. If you’re looking to do some wrestling or judo moves this is probably right for you.
