Many of the techniques taught at the School of the Sword in New London County, Connecticut (schoolofthesword.org) come from diGrassi's True Arte of Defence.This manual is WIDELY available on the WWW in .pdf form. That being said, sometimes nothing beats holding a book in your hand and this is definitely one of those times! Originally published in Italian in 1570, this all English version was published in 1594 without using any confusing "Fritalian" terms. This book is a facsimilie of this 1594 version.
