I have recommended this to many people. It contains 10% urea, which helps hold in your own natural moisture. I have seen farmers whose hands were cracked and bleeding come back to my store 2 weeks later with normal hands. I do have one warning about it. Do not expect to use this cream and then wash your hands anytine soon after that. It will just make them feel slimey. That drawback keeps nurses or anyone who needs to wash their hands frequently from using it in between times. It's best to wait until the end of the day to use it. It also works wonderfully to soften calluses on heels! The smell isn't what I would call nice, but it goes away fairly quickly. It's always okay to use a little lotion or cream that you do like the scent of after it to disguise it. But if you do use it on your feet, remember that "slimey" warning, for if you walk on a slippery surface, you could slip and slide! There are other creams that have greater percentages of urea in them on the market. But when you go above 10%, the smell becomes harder to stand. This cream isn't your fluffy, foufou type handcream, it's a workhorse of a cream to rescue your hands or whatever from damage, and to prevent heels or help chronically dry skin repair itself.
