Is one better than the other.** A: The cold water inlet and internal piping is larger diameter in the copper one. My stainless condenser plugged up after time. And it looks cool:) **Q: Can you recirculate the water or do you have to use tap water only** A: There are ways to recirculate if your creative but the issue would then be consistent temperature of your water.
