Should I order the 34-36 or 36-38 size? Thanks.** A: I wear a 42 and ordered the 42-44 and wish I had ordered the 40-42 as I don't plan to wear them as an overpant. They do have the zipper on the back so I will be able to use my jacket to hold them up when not wearing pants underneath. **Q: Are these good for like 40 degrees winter weather. I mainly ride on highway for like 1hr to work at night so i need something to keep me warm** A: I rode for two straight days in pouring rain and temps in the low 40s. I only wore a thin pair of running tights underneath them and I was fine. My bike is a Honda ST1300 which has a great fairing and rider protection. You should be fine in the 40's for one hour. I was totally happy with mine. Rode from Canada to Southern California. **Q: Is this really ce certified? the knee pads and hip pads just seem some foam and not like the other ce certified armor.** A: Armor that is *actually* CE certified will say CE Level 1 or CE Level 2. If it doesn't say one of those two things, saying 'CE armor' means literally nothing. It could range from a thin layer of craft foam to actual armor that could pass Level 1 or Level 2 CE certification, but hasn't been put to the test. **Q: How well do they fit over a mx boot? more specifically alpinestar tech series boot?** A: If you put the pants on before the boots, they should fit fine, the side zip is definitely long enough and the gusset is wide enough that you should be able to get boots on and adjusted just fine. If you were thinking to slip them on over the boots, as you would with a rain suit (that was my intent when I bought them) it's unlikely to work though. They definitely help with the cold down to 45 ish degrees Fahrenheit. Hey have held up well with and in terms of quality I can’t complain other than the snaps could be better. For the money they are great but don’t trust the waterproof they advertise. After several rides in the rain the legs do provide waterproof Ike they say but unfortunately the crotch expansion section is not waterproof. So after about 15-20 min of riding in the rain they will leak and it looks like you peed your pants when you take them off. So in rate then 4 out of 5 for quality and comfort.
